|Semi sweet chocolate chips||12 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Strong brewed coffee||3 Tablespoon|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
|Cubed pound cake||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced bananas||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh strawberries||2 Tablespoon|
|Pineapple chunks||3 Tablespoon|
In a heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, butter, cream, coffee and salt.
Stir 1/2 cup into egg yolks; return all to the pan.
Cook and stir until mixture reaches 160°.
Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
Serve with cake and fruit.
