Mocha Fondue

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 12 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Strong brewed coffee 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Cubed pound cake 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced bananas 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh strawberries 2 Tablespoon
  Pineapple chunks 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In a heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, butter, cream, coffee and salt.
Stir 1/2 cup into egg yolks; return all to the pan.
Cook and stir until mixture reaches 160°.
Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
Serve with cake and fruit.
