  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Goat cheese 11 Ounce, softened
  Cream cheese 11 Ounce, softened (2 Packages, One Of 8 Ounce And Second Of 3 Ounce)
  Eggs 2
  Egg yolk 1
  Pesto sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Commercial One)
  Chunky tomato salsa 4 Tablespoon
  Melba rounds 72

Coat a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray; set aside.
Combine cheeses; beat at medium-high speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Add eggs, egg yolk, and pesto sauce; beat until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
Invert cheese mixture onto a serving platter, and top with Chunky Tomato Salsa.
