Chocolate And Orange Fondue

Ingredients
  Dark chocolate 1⁄2 Pound (8 Squares Bourneville)
  Evaporated milk 12 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Fresh orange juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Break up the chocolate and put into the fondue pan with the orange juice and the reserved 3 tablespoons milk.
Stir over gentle heat until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from the heat and fold in the stiffly whisked cream.
