Chocolate And Orange Fondue
|Dark chocolate||1⁄2 Pound (8 Squares Bourneville)|
|Evaporated milk||12 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Fresh orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
Break up the chocolate and put into the fondue pan with the orange juice and the reserved 3 tablespoons milk.
Stir over gentle heat until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from the heat and fold in the stiffly whisked cream.
