|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Packaged One)|
|Sharp natural cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, shredded|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions; knead 8 to 10 times.
Roll out on floured surface to a 14-inch circle.
Brush with melted butter or margarine; sprinkle with cheese; cut in 10 pie-shaped wedges.
Starting at wide end, roll up each wedge to form a crescent.
Put crescents, point down, on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake in a very hot oven (450°) about 10 minutes or till golden brown.
Remove from baking sheet immediately.
