Walnut Goat Cheese Salad
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground white pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baby lettuce/Salad greens||6 Cup (96 tbs) (Mixed)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Goat cheese slices||6 Ounce, cut into 1/4 inch thick|
Combine first 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender.
With blender on high, gradually add oils in a slow, steady stream, processing until blended.
Arrange lettuce, walnuts, and goat cheese slices on individual salad plates.
Garnish, if desired.
Serve dressing with salad.
