Walnut Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground white pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baby lettuce/Salad greens 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Mixed)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Goat cheese slices 6 Ounce, cut into 1/4 inch thick
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender.
With blender on high, gradually add oils in a slow, steady stream, processing until blended.
Arrange lettuce, walnuts, and goat cheese slices on individual salad plates.
Garnish, if desired.
Serve dressing with salad.
