Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Light olive oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crumbled blue cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Sargento)
Directions

In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper; whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add Blue cheese, blend well.
Transfer to container with tight-fitting lid.
Chill until serving time.
Shake well before serving
