Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
|Light olive oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Crumbled blue cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Sargento)|
In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper; whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add Blue cheese, blend well.
Transfer to container with tight-fitting lid.
Chill until serving time.
Shake well before serving
