Bournville Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
  Dark chocolate 1⁄2 Pound
  Rum/Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Double cream 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Break the chocolate into small pieces and put into a pan with the cream.
Stir over gentle heat until the chocolate melts and blends with the cream.
Turn off the heat and stir in the rum or brandy.
