Quick Lemon Cheese Dessert

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon instant pudding and pie filling 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Lemon peel 2 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

Blend cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the milk in small mixer bowl; add remaining milk, the pudding and pie filling and lemon peel.
Beat on low speed just until blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour into dessert dishes.
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
If desired, serve with vanilla wafers.
