Quick Lemon Cheese Dessert
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon instant pudding and pie filling||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Lemon peel||2 Tablespoon, grated|
Blend cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the milk in small mixer bowl; add remaining milk, the pudding and pie filling and lemon peel.
Beat on low speed just until blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour into dessert dishes.
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
If desired, serve with vanilla wafers.
