Shrimp Cheese Turnovers
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (sifted)|
|Pimiento cheese spread||5 Ounce|
|Shrimp||4 1⁄2 Ounce (drained)|
Cut butter and cream cheese into flour till mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gather dough into ball; chill 1 hour.
Roll 1/8-inch thick on floured cloth; cut with 2-inch round cutter.
Dot rounds with cheese spread and cut-up shrimp pieces.
Fold over into half circle; seal edges.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 375° for 1 5 minutes or till golden.
