Apricot Cream Fondue

|Apricots||1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (Or 1 Large Can)|
|Cornflour||1 Tablespoon (Cornstarch)|
|Double cream||1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)|
|Confectioners sugar||2 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
Mix the cornflour smoothly with a little of the syrup, then put into the fondue pot with all the other ingredients.
Stir over low heat until the mixture is smooth and thick.
