Apricot Cream Fondue

Ingredients
  Apricots 1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (Or 1 Large Can)
  Cornflour 1 Tablespoon (Cornstarch)
  Double cream 1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)
  Confectioners sugar 2 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
Directions

Mix the cornflour smoothly with a little of the syrup, then put into the fondue pot with all the other ingredients.
Stir over low heat until the mixture is smooth and thick.
