Broccoli, Cheese, And Rice Casserole
|Uncooked instant rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fat free milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light processed cheese||4 Ounce, cubed (Such As Velveeta Light)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||20 Ounce, thawed and drained (2 Packages)|
|Condensed reduced fat reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can Undiluted)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl,- spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
