Broccoli, Cheese, And Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Uncooked instant rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fat free milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Light processed cheese 4 Ounce, cubed (Such As Velveeta Light)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, softened
  Frozen chopped broccoli 20 Ounce, thawed and drained (2 Packages)
  Condensed reduced fat reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can Undiluted)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl,- spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
