Grilled Radicchio & Chevre

  Radicchio head 3 , quartered
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Chevre log 6 Ounce, sliced (Goat Cheese)
  Preserved artichoke hearts 6
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Walnut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped basil/Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1. Preheat the grill. Place the radicchio on a baking sheet, sprinkle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook under the preheated grill for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently, until well browned.
2. After 5 minutes of the radicchio cooking time, add the chevre (goat's cheese) to the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes, until well browned and sizzling.
3. Meanwhile, drain the artichoke hearts.
4. Arrange the radicchio, chevre (goat's cheese) and artichoke hearts on individual serving plates. Sprinkle with the capers, walnut oil and chopped basil or oregano.
