Cut slices of cheese with warm knife.
Remove crusts from bread.
Apply chutney on all the slices.
Arrange thinly sliced cheese on four of them.
Sandwich together with remaining slices.
Cut the sandwiches into squares or triangles.
Fry the sandwiches in a frying pan using as much fat as desired till light brown.
Arrange on a plate.
Fry sliced tomatoes in the same pan and place a slice on each sandwich.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
