Onion Cheese Bake
|Canned small white onions||32 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (Undiluted, 1 Can)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, divided (1 Cup)|
|Cheese cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs), divided|
Put onions in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine soup, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup crumbs, and pepper.
Pour over onions.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and top with remaining 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
