Stuffed Shells With Three Cheeses
|Ricotta cheese||1 Pound|
|Mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce, grated|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Large pasta shells||16 Ounce (cooked and drained)|
|Tomato sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cheeses, and parsley if desired, reserving 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese for topping.
Stuff each shell with approximately 2 tablespoons cheese mixture and place in a 9 by 13 by 2 baking pan.
Pour tomato sauce over and top with reserved Parmesan cheese.
Bake 25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
