Cherry Cream Cheese Pie
|Pie shell||1 (graham cracker)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla||1⁄2 Tablespoon (or to taste)|
|Whipped cream||4 Ounce|
|Cherry pie filling||14 Ounce|
1-Mix in the cheese and sour cream.
2-Pour in sugar gradually.
3-Add vanilla and mix well.
4-Fold in whipped cream.
5-Pour into pie shell and
cool it for a couple of hours.
Pour excess syrup from the can of cherry pie filling.The sauce should cover the cream cheese
mix, but the cherries should be seen on & should not be lost in the prepration. Pour pie filling on top.
Serve it cold.
