Ingredients
  Italian bread slice/French bread slices 12 (1/3-Inch-Thick Diagonally Cut Slices)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Brushing The Toasts)
  Soft mild goat cheese 1⁄4 Pound
Directions

On a baking sheet broil the bread slices under a preheated broiler about 3 inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until they are golden, and brush one side of each toast lightly with the oil.
