|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cream butter and cheese well.
Gradually add sifted dry ingredients, mixing well.
Roll out on lightly floured board to 1/4 -inch thickness.
Cut in rounds with 1 1/4-inch cutter.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 10 to 15 minutes.
