Fruit Topped Cheese Blintzes

Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese 10 Ounce (1 1/4 Cups, Sargento Old Fashioned)
  Shredded swiss cheese 4 Ounce (Sargento Fancy Supreme, 1Cup)
  Confectionery sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Crepes 4 Ounce (9 Inch Size, 1 Package)
  Pears 4 Medium, cored and sliced 1/4 inch thick
Directions

Stir together Ricotta and Swiss cheeses, confectioners sugar and lemon rind.
Separate crepes according to package directions.
Place about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture in center of each crepe.
Fold both sides over filling; fold top and bottom edge over cen
