Triple Fruit Scones With Strawberry Cream Cheese
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Pure lemon extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Blackberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries Or A Combination)|
|Cinnamon sugar||3 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder into a large bowl. Add sugar and mix to combine.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, heavy cream and lemon extract. Stir into the flour mixture. Do not over mix.
