  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 3 Small
  Heavy cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pure lemon extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Blackberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries Or A Combination)
  Cinnamon sugar 3 Tablespoon

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder into a large bowl. Add sugar and mix to combine.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, heavy cream and lemon extract. Stir into the flour mixture. Do not over mix.
