Double Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 10 Ounce, divided (2 Cans, 5 Ounce Each)
  Baking cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened chocolate square 4 Ounce, chopped (4 Squares, 1 Ounce Each)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Cubed pound cake 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Assorted fresh fruits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and 1 can milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved.
In a small bowl, whisk cocoa and remaining milk until smooth.
Add to sugar mixture; bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
Remove from the heat; stir in chocolate and butter until melted.
Stir in vanilla.
Keep warm.
