  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 Pound (4 Cups)
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Melt butter in top of double boiler or over very low heat.
Add flour, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually stir in milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
