Creamy Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Crumbled blue cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup, Sargento Brand)|
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and milk; mix until smooth.
Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth.
Fold in Blue cheese.
Transfer to container with tight-fitting lid.
Chill until serving time.
Shake well before serving.
