  Blue veined cheese such as dolce gorgonzola or cambozola/Double or triple cream cheese, such as st. andre, explorateur or boursault 8 Ounce
  Whole black peppercorns/Fresh coarse-ground black pepper To Taste (In A Peppermill)
Directions

Present pears, a chunk of cheese, and peppermill on a plate or board.
To eat, slice off a piece of fruit, top with a portion of cheese, and sprinkle lightly with pepper.
