Cheese Fondue With Eggs
|Gruyere cheese||4 Ounce, grated|
|Cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, grated|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce|
|Dry white wine||4 Tablespoon|
Beat the eggs and put them into the fondue pot over very low heat.
When they are just beginning to set, stir in the butter in small pieces.
When it has all been added, stir in the cheese and wine.
