Grilled Chicken And Blue Cheese Salad
|Romaine lettuce hearts||3|
|Chopped tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped red onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced avocado||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Turkey bacon slices||4 , cooked and crumbled|
|Hard cooked egg whites||3 Large, chopped|
|Grilled chicken breast strips||12 Ounce (2 Packages, 6 Ounce Each)|
|Low fat blue cheese dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Slice lettuce into 1-inch strips; divide evenly among 4 individual salad plates.
2. Divide tomato, red onion, avocado, blue cheese, and bacon evenly over lettuce.
3. Sprinkle 1/4 of egg whites over each salad. Top each salad with 3 ounces grilled chicken strips and drizzle with 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing.
