Grilled Chicken And Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce hearts 3
  Chopped tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped red onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced avocado 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Turkey bacon slices 4 , cooked and crumbled
  Hard cooked egg whites 3 Large, chopped
  Grilled chicken breast strips 12 Ounce (2 Packages, 6 Ounce Each)
  Low fat blue cheese dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Slice lettuce into 1-inch strips; divide evenly among 4 individual salad plates.
2. Divide tomato, red onion, avocado, blue cheese, and bacon evenly over lettuce.
3. Sprinkle 1/4 of egg whites over each salad. Top each salad with 3 ounces grilled chicken strips and drizzle with 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing.
