Curried Cheese Shrimp

Ingredients
  Neufchatel cheese 16 Ounce (2 Packages, 8 Ounce Each)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked shrimp 4 Cup (64 tbs), cleaned
  Round buttery crackers 2 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Blend lemon juice, milk, curry powder and salt into cheese in blazer pan.
Set over hot water in pan and cook until cheese is melted and mixture blended and hot, stirring occasionally.
Add shrimp.
Cover and cook until shrimp is hot, stirring occasionally.
