Curried Cheese Shrimp
|Neufchatel cheese||16 Ounce (2 Packages, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked shrimp||4 Cup (64 tbs), cleaned|
|Round buttery crackers||2 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Blend lemon juice, milk, curry powder and salt into cheese in blazer pan.
Set over hot water in pan and cook until cheese is melted and mixture blended and hot, stirring occasionally.
Cover and cook until shrimp is hot, stirring occasionally.
