Blue! Cheese Dressing

  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (low fat)
  Blue cheese 2 Tablespoon, crumbled
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

In a blender container combine cottage cheese, blue cheese, lemon juice, and pepper.
Cover; blend till smooth.
Add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, blending well after each addition.
Transfer dressing to a small bowl.
Cover; chill till serving time.
