Beer Fondue

Ingredients
  Bread slices 8
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Swiss cheese/Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, sliced
  Eggs 3
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Mild mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and lightly oil a large casserole dish.
Remove the crusts from the slices of bread and lightly butter them on both sides.
Arrange the bread and cheese slices in alternate layers in the casserole dish.
Beat the remaining ingredients together in a jug.
Pour this mixture over the bread and cheese layers, pressing the bread down well with a wooden spoon.
Bake the casserole, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
