Cream Cheese Eggs With Smoked Salmon
|Thinly sliced smoked salmon/Lox||4 Ounce, cut into thin strips|
|Green onion including top||1 , thinly sliced|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, cut into small pieces (1 Small Package)|
In a bowl, beat eggs until blended; stir in salmon and half the onion.
Melt butter in a wide frying pan over medium heat.
Pour in egg mixture and cook, stirring often, until eggs are set but still moist about 5 minutes.
Scatter cheese over eggs and continue to cook, stirring often, until set to your liking.
Spoon onto warm plates and garnish with remaining onion.
