Cream Cheese Eggs With Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Thinly sliced smoked salmon/Lox 4 Ounce, cut into thin strips
  Green onion including top 1 , thinly sliced
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, cut into small pieces (1 Small Package)
Directions

In a bowl, beat eggs until blended; stir in salmon and half the onion.
Melt butter in a wide frying pan over medium heat.
Pour in egg mixture and cook, stirring often, until eggs are set but still moist about 5 minutes.
Scatter cheese over eggs and continue to cook, stirring often, until set to your liking.
Spoon onto warm plates and garnish with remaining onion.
