Shredded cheddar cheese/Shredded swiss / monterey jack cheese
In large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in wine and lemon juice.
Gradually beat gelatin mixture into sour cream.
Chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold 2 cups desired fruits and cheese into chilled mixture.
Turn into 5 1/2- or 6-cup mold.
Chill gelatin mixture for several hours or overnight or till firm.
Unmold onto lettuce-lined plate.
If desired, garnish with additional fresh fruits.
