Blue Cheese Squares
|Blue cheese||5 Ounce (1 1/4 Cups)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
|Day old bread slice||4 (Thinly Sliced)|
Cream cheese and butter thoroughly; season lightly with garlic salt, if desired.
Cut crusts from bread; spread with cheese mixture.
Cut each slice into 4 squares or 3 strips.
Toast 20 to 30 minutes or until bread is very brown and crisp.
Store in covered
