Grilled Blue Cheese Sandwiches
|1% cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Low Fat)|
|Torn watercress||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh Ones)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped walnuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Nonfat mayonnaise||1 Tablespoon|
|Low sodium worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||2 Drop|
|Low calorie whole wheat bread slice||7 1⁄2 Ounce (10 In Number, 0.75 Ounce Each)|
|Tomato slices||5 (1/4 Inch Thick)|
|Butter flavored vegetable cooking spray||1|
Place cottage cheese in container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process on high speed 30 seconds or until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Transfer to a small bowl.
Stir in watercress and next 5 ingredients.
Spread cheese mixture evenly over 5 slices of bread, and place tomato slices over cheese mixture.
Top with remaining 5 bread slices.
Transfer sandwiches to a sandwich press or hot griddle coated with cooking spray.
Cook until bread is lightly browned and cheese melts.
