Arrange fish in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with tarragon and seasoned salt.
Dot with butter.
In small mixing bowl, blend sour cream or yogurt and mozzarella cheese.
Convection Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Top with sour cream mixture and continue baking 5 to 10 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with paprika.
