Shrimp In Cottage Cheese Mould

Ingredients
  Lime flavored gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Package)
  Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Large curd cream style cottage cheese 24 Ounce, drained (2 Cartons, 12 Ounce Each / 3 Cups)
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar/Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked cleaned shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Chill till partially set.
Beat till fluffy.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour in chilled 6-cup ring mold.
Chill firm.
Unmold; fill with chilled shrimp, water cress.
