Spring Greens With Radishes Blue Cheese And Toasted Walnuts

Ingredients
  Grated lemon zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mustard powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped shallot 2 Tablespoon
  Mixed spring greens 7 Ounce (1 Bag)
  Radishes 4 , thinly sliced
  Blue cheese 1 Ounce, frozen (1 Piece)
  Walnut pieces 2 Tablespoon, toasted
Directions

1 Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, oil, sugar, and mustard powder in a salad bowl; mix well. Stir in the shallot. Add the spring greens and radishes; toss to coat.
2 Grate the frozen cheese onto the salad. Sprinkle with the walnuts and serve at once.
