Cream Cheese Frosting
I got this Cream Cheese Frosting recipe from my neighbor who is an excellent cook. Milk Product is the primary ingredient in Cream Cheese Frosting. Stop looking and just try this yummy Cream Cheese Frosting recipe and you'll never ask for anything else.
|Low fat margarine||4 Tablespoon (Weight Watchers Extra Light)|
|Fat free cream cheese||2 Tablespoon (Philadelphia Brand)|
|Powdered sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs), sifted (Do Not Use Sweet 'N Low)|
|Skim milk||2 Teaspoon|
Blend all of the above ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Referigerate for 30 minutes to one hour before using.
The frosting will harden a bit.
Spread on cookies, cupcakes, or use to frost a cake.
