Blue Cheese Stuffed Burgers

  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground round 1 Pound
  Fine dry bread crumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Egg white 1 , lightly beaten
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat free sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  English muffins 4 Ounce, toasted (Four 1 Ounce Pieces)
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Tomato slices 4 (1/4 Inch Thick)

Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
Add onion; saute 5 minutes or until tender.
Remove from heat; let cool.
Combine onion and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Divide mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping into 1/2-inch-thick patties.
Spoon 1 tablespoon cheese into the center of 4 patties; top with remaining patties.
Press edges together to seal.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°).
Place patties on rack; grill 4 minutes on each side or until patties are done.
Spread 1 tablespoon sour cream over top half of each muffin, and set aside.
Line bottom halves of muffins with lettuce leaves; top each with a tomato slice, a patty, and top half of muffin.
