Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), not creamed
  Non-caloric liquid sweetener 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Equal To 2 Tablespoons Sugar)
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In blender container, combine cottage cheese, sweetener, and lemon juice; blend till creamy.
Add milk, a tablespoon at a time, till of desired consistency.
