Crunchy Topped Luncheon Slices
|Mashed potato flakes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Creamed cottage cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned french fried onion rings||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Luncheon meat||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
Prepare 4-servings mashed potatoes as directed on package, adding 1/2 cup additional potato flakes.
To prepared potatoes, stir in cottage cheese and about 3/4 can onion rings.
Slice luncheon meat into 4 to 6 slices.
Arrange slices on serving platter.
Mound spoonfuls of potato mixture on each slice.
Cook uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
Top with remaining onion rings, pressing into potato mixture.
