Shrimp In Cheese Ring

Ingredients
  Lime-flavored gelatin 6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Packages)
  Large curd cream-style cottage cheese 24 Ounce, drained (Two 12 Ounce Cartons, 3 Cups)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar/Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Cleaned peeled cooked shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Watercress 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
Add 1 cup cold water.
Chill till partially set; then beat with rotary beater till fluffy.
Fold in cottage cheese and next 4 ingredients.
Pour into 6 1/2-cup ring mold.
Chill till firm.
Unmold.
Fill center with shrimp and watercress.
