Ingredients
  Evaporated milk/Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla/2 tablespoon rum 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In 4-cup measure, combine evaporated milk, brown sugar and butter.
Cook uncovered, 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in vanilla; cool slightly.
