Chocolate Almond Fondue
|Milk chocolate chips||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Half and half||2 Tablespoon|
|Almond liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pound cake squares||4|
|Banana chunks||4 , sprinkled with lemon juice|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Mandarin orange||4 , drained|
|Pineapple slices||4 , drained and quartered|
Combine chocolate chips and half-and-half in small bowl or 1-quart casserole.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until chocolate is melted, 2 to 4 minutes, blending with wire whisk once or twice during cooking.
Stir in liqueur.
Serve from bowl, reheating as needed, or in fondue pot over low heat.
Dip pound cake squares, ladyfingers, banana chunks, mandarin orange sections and pineapple slices into fondue with fondue forks or skewers.
