|Frozen puff pastry sheet||1|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Thaw out puff pastry sheet at room temperature, about 30 min.
Mix together all remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet to a 14 x 10 rectangle, on a lightly floured surface; cut in half lengthwise.
Brush the egg mixture onto one half of the pastry sheet.
Place the other sheet on top, making a sandwich of the egg mixture.
Roll slightly to seal edges and to make bigger.
Cut the pastry sandwich into about 1 1/2 inch strips, twist strips and place on a parchment paper on the baking sheet.
Top with additional grated parmesan, if desired.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
