Ham And Cottage Cheese Mould

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground fully cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream-style cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced green onion 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; add bouillon granules.
Heat,stirring constantly,tillgelatin and bouillon granules dissolve.
Remove from heat.
Add yogurt; beat with rotary beater till smooth.
Chill mixture till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold in ham, celery, cottage cheese, pimiento, green pepper, and green onion.
Pour into 4 individual molds.
Chill till firm.
Unmold onto individual lettuce-lined plates, if desired.
Garnish with shredded carrot, if desired.
