|Mozzarella cheese||1 Pound|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut mozzarella into 1/4 inch slices.
Preheat Sunbeam Multi-Cooker Frypan to 400 F.
Dip each slice of cheese into flour, then into beaten egg, then into bread crumbs.
Melt butter in Frypan.
Saute mozzarella slices about 2 minutes on each side (turn with a pancake turner), or until nicely browned.
