For almond cheese
2 Cup (32 tbs), soaked 24-48 hours, peels removed
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Herbed almond cheese
2 Cup (32 tbs)
2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
2 Tablespoon, finely minced
Light mellow miso
1 Teaspoon, finely minced
1 Teaspoon (Optional)
1 Teaspoon, crushed
FOR MAKING ALMOND CHEESE
1. In a food processor, combine almond, water and probiotic powder.
2. Strain it with cheese cloth and put a heavy plate on it to drain excess liquid from it. Ferment it for 8-12 hours.
3. Use it in making herbed almond cheese.
FOR MAKING HERBED ALMOND CHEESE
1. In a bowl, combine almond cheese, pine nuts, red onion, fresh parsley, miso, green onion, nutritional yeast, garlic and pepper.
