Ham N Cheese Melts
|Italian bread slice||8 (1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Provolone cheese slice||4 , halved|
|Fully cooked ham slices||4 Ounce (Four 1 Ounce Each Pieces)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Spaghetti sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs), warmed|
On four slices of bread, layer cheese, ham, then cheese.
Top with remaining bread.
In a shallow dish, beat eggs and milk.
In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip sandwiches into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture.
In a large skillet over low heat, cook sandwiches in butter for 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
