Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apple 1 Medium, cored and diced
  Diet blue cheese dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream style cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

In salad bowl combine shredded cabbage and diced apple.
Pour Diet Blue Cheese Dressing over cabbage mixture; toss to coat.
Spoon cottage cheese in ring atop cabbage mixture.
