Ingredients
  Shredded low calorie process cheese product 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Hot water 2 Tablespoon
  Minced dried onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Finely chopped canned green chili peppers 2 Tablespoon
  Egg whites 2 , stiffly beaten
  Melba toast rounds 48
Directions

Have cheese product at room temperature.
In small mixer bowl combine low-calorie cheese, water, onion, salt, and hot pepper sauce.
Beat with electric mixer till smooth.
Stir in chopped chili peppers.
Stir about one-fourth of the stiff-beaten egg whites into cheese mixture; gently fold in remaining egg whites.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture on each melba toast round and place on baking sheet.
Broil 5 inches from heat for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or just till the cheese topping is lightly browned.
